We welcome trials of our instruments for a short duration. We believe that a "test drive" is the only way to ensure a perfect match between Flute and Flutist. Here is how our trial process works:
SHIPPING: Trials will be sent via UPS with signature required on all trials. A prepaid label will be sent out to return the instruments once the trial period has ended.
TO SCHEDULE A TRIAL: Trials must be set up on the phone or via email. Please do not purchase an instrument through our website if you would like to set up a trial. Sales on the website are not considered trials, but completed sales.
LENGTH OF TRIAL: Up to 7 Days, though this will vary depending on instrument demand and value.
SHIPPING RETURN: A prepaid return label will be sent via email. Flutacious! maintains full insurance coverage for shipping, so during a trial, that's on us!
INSURANCE: Flutacious! maintains full insurance coverage on all instruments during the length of the trial. However, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the instrument while in his/her possession.
PAYMENT: To secure a trial, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We reserve the right to place a hold on your credit card for the full or partial value of the instrument(s) for the length of the trial. If you decide to purchase an instrument, we also happily accept personal and bank checks, money orders or wire transfers. Please ask about our financing options. IMPORTANT NOTE! Please note that the customer is responsible for the care of the instrument while in his/her possession. A nominal fee will be charged if the instrument is returned with any damage, scratches, or markings that were not there prior to shipping (and yes, this includes excessive tarnish!). We want our instruments to stay new while allowing the freedom of a trial. Thank you!
