All prices are subject to change without notice. We will contact you in we have any questions about your order!
Website prices do not include insurance or shipping and handling. Shipping rates are primarily based upon weight and destination zip code or country.
USPS: All orders within the continental United States can be shipped easily by USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. While we apologize for passing the buck on this one, it's important to note that Priority Mail does NOT have a guaranteed date of delivery.
UPS: UPS Ground is a very trackable means of shipping within the continental United States. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Delivery are available for an additional charge. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sundays or holidays.
Foreign Shipments: Shipments outside the continental United States will be sent the best way possible. We will do our utmost to ship via the cheapest, safest means. If the shipping quote on our website is egregiously higher than the actual cost, we will either refund the extra shipping costs or put a credit on your account. Please feel free to write us for a shipping estimate - include your complete address and the instruments you wish to order so we can estimate the weight and insurance properly.
Basic shipping rates: Priority mail rates begin at $12.65 per shipment. UPS Shipping Rates are based upon weight and destination zip code and generally start at $7.50. All shipments are sent fully insured.
Contacting Us: Please note that Flutacious! is completely staffed, from owners through repair technicians, by musicians. We make every effort to keep (somewhat) regular office hours, but there are indeed days that every one of us is working as a professional musician. For this, we apologize, but not too effusively, as we love to play! Regardless, Flutacious! does its best to answer all inquiries quickly, and to process website orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders received after 12 noon PST will most likely ship the following business day. If you have a date you absolutely need to have your order by, please let us know. We will contact you if the shipping method chosen is insufficient. We are open intermittently between Christmas and New Year's Day.
Returns: All sales are final. Returns are accepted ONLY with prior authorization, and must be requested within 10 days of the invoice date. Clothing may be exchanged for sizing. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. All returns are subject to a 10% to 25% cleaning/restocking fee, depending on the condition of the return. If you receive an authorization to return a purchase, PLEASE pack it carefully in a bubble-wrap or a well-padded box. The return fee will be greater for instruments with scratches, tarnish, and damage.
